   Good morning. I was reviewing the Release from Liability form, and I noticed a few minor typos. However, since this is a “contract,” could these be corrected? Thanks…

   1. First Paragraph/sixth line down—- “representatives, or assignees, my have.” It should read “may have.”
   2. Second Paragraph/first sentence— “the meet director,,” should have only one comma.
   3. Fourth Paragraph/third sentence— “I further agree to submit to any physical test that may be necessary to compete the drug testing.” It should read “complete the drug testing.”
   4. Fifth Paragraph— “I agree t pay.” It should read “I agree to pay.”

   I’m not trying to be a “butt-hole,” so please don’t take it as such… I simply don’t want the USAPL to be liable due to some fancy lawyer possibly using these minor things to negate an entire release form, in the case someone does get injured/tests positive for a banned substance, then still tries to dispute it. Have a blessed day, and I hope to be there in April…
